To Provide Services (Contractual Obligation): I use your personal and session data to fulfil my coaching contract with you. This includes scheduling appointments, preparing for sessions, and communicating with you about our work.

I take your privacy seriously and am committed to protecting your personal data. I use secure, password-protected systems for storing all client information. All session notes are kept confidential and are securely stored. Nobody else has access to these notes.
5. How Long I Keep Your Data
I only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
Generally, I will keep client records for 3 years after our coaching relationship ends, as this allows me to reconnect with clients and comply with professional and legal standards.
6. Sharing Your Data
I will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any third parties. Your information will not be shared without your explicit consent unless required by law or in cases where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others (as outlined in our coaching agreement).
